Welcome to Yeti Spa, located in Bandra. By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, so please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Appointment Policy

• Bookings: Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person at our spa. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure other guests receive their full treatments. However, you will still be charged the full price for the original booking.

3. Payment Policy

• Payment Options: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
• Advance Payments: Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided for services rendered. In case of dissatisfaction, we encourage you to share feedback with management.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers

• Gift cards and vouchers can be redeemed for services at Yeti Spa. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

5. Health Conditions

• Pre-existing Medical Conditions: Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before receiving any treatment. This helps us customize treatments to your needs.
• Pregnancy: Some treatments may not be suitable for expectant mothers. Please consult with our staff prior to booking any treatments.

6. Personal Belongings

Yeti Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises. We recommend that you leave valuables at home or store them securely during your visit.

7. Use of Facilities

• Spa Etiquette: To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, we request that mobile phones be switched to silent mode.
• Age Restrictions: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Alcohol and Smoking: The consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.

8. Promotions and Offers

• Special promotions and discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, unless otherwise stated.
• Yeti Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability

Yeti Spa, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your visit unless it is a result of our gross negligence.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Yeti Spa reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
